About Us

We’re Will and Kit, long-time friends, teammates and coaches who live and breathe dragon boating. Our journey started 22 years ago at university as a partying duo and over the past decade we’ve swapped late nights for early mornings on the water, building a shared passion that has taken us from paddlers to coaches, teammates and now business partners.

Why We Started Dragon Boat Experience

With our combined experience from grassroots coaching to international racing, we wanted to create a platform that makes dragon boating more accessible, inclusive, and unforgettable. Together, we deliver tailored training sessions, corporate team-building events, and charity experiences that blend fun, competition, and teamwork.

Our mission is simple: to share the thrill of dragon boating with London and beyond, creating events that bring people together, build lasting memories, and strengthen teams on and off the water.

Passionate. Experienced. Inclusive.
That’s what we bring to every boat we put on the water.

Our team

Our strength lies in our individuality. As a team, we bring together world-class experience in coaching, competition, event delivery and community building, combining our different strengths to create the ultimate dragon boat experience.
