Two ways to get on the water
One is about a day people remember. The other is about the clock. They run differently, and we would rather you picked the right one.

Corporate event days
A team day nobody sits out of
Twenty people have to move as one or the boat does not go anywhere. That is the whole point, and it is why this works where a day of trust falls and flipcharts does not. Safety briefing, technique coaching and a timed race, with the full programme managed by our coaches so your team just turns up.
- Groups of 20 to 200
- Half or full day
- Canary Wharf or Royal Docks
- All equipment provided
-
Club and crew training
Take seconds off your race time
For crews with a race in the diary. Video stroke analysis, timed splits, crew synchronisation drills and pre-event training blocks, so every paddler leaves knowing the one thing to change in their own seat rather than a general note about working harder.
- Video analysis
- Timed splits
- Training blocks
- 1:1 coaching
How a session runs
Every block follows the same shape, so crews know what to expect and coaches can measure progress between sessions.
-
1 On the bank
Brief and technique
Safety briefing, equipment fitting and stroke fundamentals before anyone boards. Returning crews go straight to a technique review against the last session's video.
-
2 On the water
Drills and timed pieces
Synchronisation drills, race starts and timed splits. Coaches film from the safety boat, so the debrief is based on what actually happened rather than what anyone remembers.
-
3 Debrief
Race and review
A timed race to finish, then a video debrief with specific changes for every seat in the boat. You leave knowing exactly what to work on.
What crews tell us
Two training blocks and a video analysis session took four seconds off our 200m. The feedback was specific and every paddler knew what to change.
The coaches ran the whole day. All we had to do was turn up. Half the office is now asking when the next one is.
